The beginning

Every great journey starts with a simple idea.

It began with one question: "Where can I find affordable, high-quality, eco-friendly transportation?"

In 2023, six friends with a shared passion for technology and sustainability decided to stop searching for the answer—and create it themselves.

Each brought something unique to the team. From repairing electric vehicles and building the online store to managing logistics, customer support, and growing the brand, everyone played a part in turning an idea into reality.

What started in a small garage in Ljubljana quickly grew into something much bigger.

In January 2024, EVOLT d.o.o. was officially founded with one clear mission: to make electric mobility more accessible, reliable, and enjoyable across Europe.

Growth

In March 2025 eVolt.si went through a remarkable period of growth and we expanded our green mobility solutions well beyond Slovenia's borders.

On solid local foundations we extended our offering across the entire European Union and launched a new, user-friendly online store — eVolt.eu — which today proudly serves customers in 25 EU member states.

At EVOLT, we've always believed we're building more than a store—we're building the future of electric mobility together.

That's why we're proud to partner with EKO DRIVE d.o.o., one of Slovenia's pioneers in electric micromobility and the official importer of ECO Speed and Teverun electric scooters. With a shared passion for innovation and sustainable transport, joining forces was a natural step.

In 2025, we opened Slovenia's largest electric micromobility showroom at Tržaška cesta 222, Ljubljana—a place where visitors can explore the latest electric scooters, e-bikes and accessories, test ride selected models, receive expert advice, and experience the future of urban mobility firsthand.

Together, our mission is simple: to make electric mobility more accessible, enjoyable, and inspiring for everyone.
