The G2UT controller for the 2025 KuKirin G2 Ultra has separate front and rear motor connections in a single assembly. The black connector housing carries three screw-type phase terminals for each motor and shared +/− battery terminals. A ribbed aluminium base dissipates heat and includes a mounting tab.

Compatibility

For the 2025 KuKirin G2 Ultra with matching G2UT electronics. Compare the controller designation, 48 V rating, complete connector layout, software revision and mounting before ordering. Production batches can use different electronics; fitment for the KuKirin G2, G2 Max or G2 Master is unconfirmed.

1 G2UT controller in its housing and 3 protective covers for the power terminals. A separate wiring harness, battery and display are not included.

Installation and checks

  • Switch off the scooter and disconnect the battery. Photograph all connections and check the front and rear motor labels.
  • Preserve power polarity, phase and Hall wiring assignments, and the intended mounting of the heat sink. Fit the protective covers and restore the deck cover seal.
  • Check both motors, the display and motor cut-off when braking after replacement. Do not change current settings based on this label; electrical compatibility and operation should be checked by a qualified technician.
