Powerful Bafang H305 Rear Hub Drive

The heart of the bike is a robust Bafang H305 rear motor with 250 W of power and 50 Nm of torque. The motor works in combination with a cadence sensor (speed sensor), meaning that assistance kicks in as soon as it detects pedaling. This system provides a natural pushing sensation that will make conquering city hills and headwinds easy, with the speed electronically limited to up to 25 km/h in accordance with legislation.

Differences between EER3, EER4, and EER5 models

The Apes CITY series offers three levels of equipment tailored to your needs:

• EER3 (Entry-level model): Mechanical disc brakes Tektro M280, H305 motor with cadence sensor, and a fixed 520 Wh battery.
• EER4 (Mid-range): Upgrade to hydraulic brakes, SR Suntour NEX-E25 fork, and the option to choose larger batteries (700 Wh or 800 Wh).
• EER5 (SUV version): The most powerful version featuring a torque sensor for a more responsive ride, a sportier posture, Schwalbe Land Cruiser gravel tires, and a 4A fast charger option for larger batteries.

Comfort in Every Meter

A smooth transition over city curbs and uneven bike paths is ensured by the XHF suspension fork with 100 mm of travel. Additional comfort is provided by ergonomic Velo VLG-1505 grips, a wide Velo VL-6574 saddle, and an adjustable handlebar stem that allows you to set a fully upright and relaxed posture, reducing back strain.

The ECONO Apes EER3 is ready for all weather conditions and needs. It includes a sturdy MIK rear rack for easily mounting bags and baskets with a "click and go" system, full mudguards, a stable kickstand, and integrated Satelite C19 LED front light and WD216 rear light, powered directly from the main battery.
