Thanks to its ergonomic design, the bike is suitable for riders with a height of 155 cm to 190 cm and can carry a load of up to 120 kg. It is an excellent choice for those who refuse to compromise between riding comfort and portability, and need a reliable solution for riding on asphalt, paved paths, or well-maintained gravel roads.

Weight icon Revolutionary Foldability and Ultra-Light Weight

In daily transport, portability is key. The bike without the battery weighs only 16.9 kg, and with the battery, a manageable 19.4 kg. The exclusive patented ENGWE 3-stage Triple Folding Design with a special steel frame and single-sided front fork allows you to fold the bike in just 3 seconds.

When folded, the bike takes up the size of a standard 20-inch travel suitcase, meaning stress-free carrying up stairs, in elevators, or storing in the car trunk without snagging or awkward lifting.

Motor icon 250 W Motor with Torque Sensor

Power is provided by a reliable 36 V 250 W rear hub motor (fully legal for EU roads), delivering a maximum torque of 40 Nm. The rear motor placement ensures perfect weight distribution, better grip, and stability in urban traffic.

A key advantage of the Zip model is its advanced Torque Sensor. This precisely measures your pedaling power and adjusts motor assistance in real-time. The result is an exceptionally natural riding feel, instant response at traffic lights, and smooth acceleration up to 25 km/h (limited).

Battery icon Battery with LG Cells and Power Bank Function

The bike is equipped with a removable and securely protected battery with a capacity of 360 Wh (36 V 10 Ah), using premium LG cells (EN50604 certified) with built-in BMS protection. With a single charge, you achieve a real range of up to 120 km at the first level of assistance (PAS 1), 85 km (PAS 2), and 60 km (PAS 3).

A revolutionary new feature is smart charging. The battery and the included 100 W GaN fast charger support PD 3.0 Type-C bidirectional charging standard. You can use your e-bike battery as a massive "power bank" – for example, charge your smartphone from 0 to 50% in just 20 minutes!

Suspension icon Comfort Regardless of Terrain

Although it is a compact bike, comfort is not left to chance. The suspended seat post, adjustable to 10 levels, and the ergonomically padded seat with a Quick-Release clamp effectively absorb the shocks of uneven streets and cobblestones.

For perfect contact with the ground, urban hybrid tires measuring 16" × 1.95" are provided. These e-bike specific tires compensate for the smaller wheel size and provide significantly better stability. They are mounted on robust black steel rims with 13G spokes.

Brakes icon Superior Safety with Hydraulics and LED Lighting

Safety is paramount in the city. The bike is equipped with highly responsive hydraulic disc brakes, which, in combination with 160 mm brake rotors front and rear, provide brutal stopping power in all weather conditions.

Visibility is ensured with K-Mark certified lighting: a powerful front headlight with 30 Lux luminous intensity and a red rear light that is always on when the bike is switched on, significantly increasing your visibility in traffic.

Transmission icon Adjustable Shimano Drivetrain

The shifting system is designed for smooth hill climbing and accelerating on flat terrain. This is handled by a 7-speed Shimano Tourney RD-TY300 derailleur, operated via an ergonomic Shimano SL-M315-7R Rapidfire lever.

The drivetrain is complemented by 152 mm long cranks with a 48T chainring, a durable cassette rear axle with an 11–28T ratio, and a high-quality KMC E8S chain (98 links) with Anti-Rust protection against corrosion.

All key data will be monitored on a crystal-clear 3.2-inch color LCD display with Bluetooth connectivity, and additional features are available via the smart ENGWE App.

The bike boasts strict water protection: all wiring is certified with IPX7, the display and lights are protected with IPX6, and the motor, controller, and battery carry the IPX5 rating. The superior quality of the bike is confirmed by the strict CE (EN15194) certificate from TÜV.
