Do you have a physical store location where customers can view or test your products?

Yes, we do. Our physical showroom is located at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, and spans over 200 m², making it the largest electro-micromobility showroom in Slovenia. Here, customers can view our full range of products, explore more than 40 electric vehicles from leading brands, and even take selected models for a test ride before making a purchase. We also offer spare parts, accessories, and professional advice on-site.

Where is your store located?

Our store is located at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, just a 10-minute drive from Ljubljana’s city center.

When is your store open?

Our store is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Do you have a repair center?

Yes — eVolt operates official repair centers for service, warranty, and repairs across Slovenia.

How do I place an order?

Ordering from eVolt.eu is easy! Simply browse our website, select the product(s) you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you'll be guided through providing your shipping address, payment information, and reviewing your order before final submission.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account offers several benefits:

  • Account Management: Manage your personal information and preferences.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Please contact us immediately at info@evolt.eu if you need to modify or cancel your order.

We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been shipped yet.

Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Modifications may also be limited depending on the stage of processing.

Where do you ship to?

European Union (EU)

We currently offer shipping within Slovenia and to all European Union (EU) member countries, with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek Islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that shipping to Croatian islands is only available for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International Shipping (Non-EU)

International shipping is also available to select non-EU countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others.

If you wish to place an order from one of these countries, please contact us in advance so we can provide you with the most accurate and cost-effective shipping quote.

What is the shipping cost?

  • For deliveries within the European Union (EU), shipping costs vary depending on the country of origin, destination, and package weight. The applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout, prior to completing your order.
  • For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually upon request and are not displayed at checkout. To receive a shipping quote for non-EU countries, please contact us via email.

What is your delivery time?

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Standard Shipping Times:

  • Delivery within Slovenia generally takes 2-7 business days after processing and dispatch.
  • Delivery outside Slovenia but within the EU generally takes 3-10 business days after processing and dispatch.
  • Delivery outside the EU generally takes 5-12 business days after processing and dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen logistical issues. We will notify you promptly via email if there are significant delays.

Who are your shipping carriers?

We partner with reputable carriers such as DHL, GLS, FedEx and DPD to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders. The specific carrier for your order may depend on your location and the most efficient delivery option available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's official website.

What if my order is delayed?

While we strive for punctual delivery, unforeseen delays can occur due to factors like adverse weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email with updated delivery information.

What happens if there is a failed delivery attempt?

If a delivery attempt fails due to the absence of the recipient or an incorrect address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order to avoid delivery issues.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt at info@evolt.eu with photographs of the damage and a detailed description of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do so, send us an Email with a clear written notice.

Return Shipping

The customer bears the direct cost of return. We will deduct either (a) the actual carrier cost applicable at the time you initiate the return, or (b) the applicable amount from the return cost table (whichever is lower).

Condition of Goods
You may inspect the product as in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund to reflect diminished value.

Refunds
We will refund all eligible payments, including standard delivery fees, within 14 days of receiving the return product, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@evolt.eu. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

What if my refund is delayed?

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@evolt.eu so we can investigate.

Yes, we do offer spare parts for all of the electric vehicles available in our online store.

What is your warranty?

Our products are generally covered by a 1-year warranty. Certain items include an extended warranty of 2 years or more, as specified in the individual product description. For precise warranty details, please refer to the product page of the specific item you are interested in.
