ULIP sintered brake pads are prepared as a model-oriented replacement part for the Cube Kathmandu Hybrid ONE11 HPC Pro 800, when the bicycle is equipped with a Shimano BR-MT420 brake caliper. The sintered metal compound is designed for stable braking, good thermal resistance, and longer lifespan in city, trekking, and off-road use.

Precise Compatibility Condition

The bicycle model alone is not sufficient proof. Before ordering, read the Shimano BR-MT420 marking on the caliper and compare the shape of the original pads with the D01S/D02S/D03S family. This listing is valid only if both matches are met.

  • Electric Bicycle: Cube Kathmandu Hybrid ONE11 HPC Pro 800
  • Brake Caliper: Shimano BR-MT420
  • Pad Family: Shimano D01S/D02S/D03S
  • ULIP Pad Dimensions: 39.4 × 24.5 × 4.1 mm
  • Pin Hole: 3.4 mm

Installation and Bedding-in

Clean the caliper and brake rotor, carefully push the pistons back, insert both pads with the included spring, and secure the assembly with the appropriate pin. After installation, check the free rotation of the rotor and gradually bed-in the new pads with several consecutive moderate braking applications.
