NUTT Y5 hydraulic brake kit for VSETT 10+

This front and rear brake kit for VSETT 10+ contains left and right NUTT Y5 levers, two black calipers and hydraulic hoses of different lengths. The lever signal cables provide motor cutoff during braking.

Contents and dimensions

• Front hose: 1300 mm; rear hose: 2100 mm, according to the supplier.
• Two NUTT Y5 levers, approximately 180 mm long, with a clamp diameter of approximately 22.5 mm.
• Lever signal cables: approximately 384 mm, with red-marked connectors.
• The pictured caliper measures approximately 88.6 × 61.5 × 44 mm; mounting spacing is approximately 52 mm.
• The hose fittings and screws shown in the photos are included.
• Brake discs are not included.

Fitment and fitting

When fitting to VSETT 10+, compare the mounting side of both calipers, brackets, existing disc diameters and thicknesses, and signal connectors. Hoses must route without tension at full steering lock and through suspension movement. A brake conversion may require suitable adapters; matching bolt spacing alone does not guarantee correct pad positioning on the disc.

Installation and use

Have a qualified technician install, connect and bleed the brakes. Before use, check sealing, free rotation of both wheels and motor cutoff operation, and bed in the pads correctly.
