Unitree H1 - General Purpose Humanoid Robot
The first full-size commercial robot with running capability for advanced research and AI development.

Which industrial and research applications is this robot suitable for?
Unitree H1 is a cutting-edge development platform designed for universities, institutes, and industrial R&D departments. The robot serves as an ideal medium for exploring Embodied AI, Human-Robot Interaction (HRI), and advanced motion algorithms. Due to its humanoid form, it is key for developing solutions in smart manufacturing and logistics, where the robot must operate in spaces designed for humans.

World Speed Record and Motion Dynamics
H1 boasts the title of the most powerful robot in its class. Its advanced powertrain enables stable walking and running at a record speed of 3.3 m/s (with potential over 5 m/s). The robot maintains balance even under external disturbances (e.g., kicks or shoves) and moves autonomously across complex terrains, allowing for the testing of navigation algorithms in real, unpredictable environments.

Revolutionary M107 High-Torque Drive
The heart of the robot consists of self-developed Unitree M107 motors with high torque density (189 Nm/kg). These motors provide exceptional power, with the knee joint reaching a torque of up to 360 Nm. The drive uses industrial cross-roller bearings for high precision and rigidity, allowing the robot to perform dynamic movements such as jumps and quick turns without losing stability.

360° Environmental Perception with LiDAR Technology
For complete spatial awareness, Unitree H1 is equipped with a hybrid sensor system. The combination of a 3D LiDAR sensor (Livox MID360) and a depth camera (Intel RealSense D435i) enables 360-degree panoramic scanning of the surroundings. The robot acquires high-precision spatial data in real-time, which is essential for implementing V-SLAM (Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technologies.

Dual Computing Power for AI Development
The robot's architecture is designed with developers in mind. It includes separate computing units for motion control and user development. The standard configuration includes Intel Core i5/i7 processors, with upgrades available for NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX modules. This enables the processing of complex neural networks and deep learning algorithms directly on the robot (Edge AI).

Advanced Manipulation Capabilities (H1-2)
The newer version (H1-2) brings upgraded arms with 7 degrees of freedom (DOF) on each arm, allowing the robot to mimic human flexibility from shoulder to wrist. With the option to install dexterous hands, the robot can perform fine manipulation tasks. The arms are designed for loads and precise positioning, expanding the possibilities for use in service robotics.
Robust Design and Integrated Wiring
Unitree H1 features an exceptionally clean and safe design. All cables are routed inside the housing (Hollow electrical routing), preventing tangling and damage during operation. The housing is ergonomically designed and durable, giving the robot a "bionic" look and increasing its endurance in laboratory and industrial testing environments.
High Energy Efficiency and Autonomy
Power is provided by a quick-swappable battery with a capacity of 864Wh (15Ah, 67.2V). Despite the high performance of the motors, optimized energy management allows for longer operating times required for extensive testing. The system includes advanced thermal management, ensuring stable operation even under maximum loads.
Open Platform and Continuous Updates
The robot supports continuous OTA (Over-the-Air) software updates, through which Unitree constantly improves motion algorithms. Extensive API interfaces and support for ROS (Robot Operating System) are available to developers, allowing for rapid integration of custom code and adaptation of the robot to specific research goals.
