VIGX Q20 Exoskeleton
An ultra-lightweight exoskeleton for lumbar support, designed for all-day comfort and performance.

Who is this exoskeleton best suited for?
The VIGX Q20 exoskeleton is an ideal solution for workers in logistics, agriculture, ports, warehouses, and light industry who regularly lift, bend, and carry loads as part of their job. Due to its simple design and low weight, it has also been tested in care facilities, where it eases the workload of the staff. It is intended for anyone who needs reliable support to reduce spinal strain and prevent injuries.

Ultra-lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear
Weighing only 2.7 kg, the VIGX Q20 is the world's lightest waist support exoskeleton in its class. Its design is garment-like, fitting snugly to the body and allowing complete freedom of movement. The ergonomic and flexible structure ensures that the exoskeleton seamlessly integrates into a worker's daily routine without hindrance, allowing for comfortable wear throughout the entire workday.

Powerful support for lifting up to 20 kg
Despite its lightness, the VIGX Q20 offers impressive support. It actively assists in lifting loads with a force that relieves the user of up to 20 kg. This drastically reduces the strain on the lumbar spine and muscles, decreases fatigue, and significantly helps prevent workplace injuries resulting from repetitive lifting.

Intuitive control and smart operating modes
Operation is simple and intuitive. With the buttons on the shoulder strap, you can easily turn on, stop, or adjust the level of assistance. The exoskeleton offers two main operating modes: Lifting mode for static operations and Carrying mode, which supports walking and carrying. Before use, the device automatically checks for proper fitting and allows connection to the Kenqing Assistant app via Bluetooth for additional control.

All-day autonomy with a swappable battery
Don't worry about running out of power in the middle of your work. The VIGX Q20 is equipped with a swappable lithium-ion battery that provides 6 to 8 hours of continuous operation on a single charge. When the battery runs out, you simply swap it and continue working. The charging time is extremely short, only 1.5 hours, ensuring minimal work interruptions.

Safety and full user adaptability
Safety is a top priority. The VIGX Q20 has built-in safety mechanisms, including an automatic operational check upon startup and fault protection. The exoskeleton is designed for a wide range of users, suitable for individuals with a height of 150 to 190 cm and a waist circumference between 60 and 110 cm. With its adjustable straps, you can fully customize it to your body for a secure and snug fit.
