Estimated delivery dates for the 2026 Langfeite and Teverun collection are expected by the first half of April 2026. All customers who place a pre-order will be regularly informed of the exact arrival date at our warehouse.

Upon pre-ordering any e-scooter from the 2026 collection of Teverun and Langfeite, you receive a 5% early-bird discount. For buyers of the Langfeite GT2-RS model, we have prepared an exclusive offer: with the purchase, you receive the 5% discount plus a completely free electric scooter ECO Speed mini.

To confirm your pre-order, you can choose from the following payment methods:

Full payment upon order:

• Via website with cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club).
• Via proforma invoice (bank transfer).

Reservation with deposit: 

• You can reserve your vehicle with a 10% deposit via proforma invoice, and pay the rest of the purchase price upon delivery of the scooter.

For all Langfeite and Teverun electric scooters from the 2026 collection, we provide an 18-month warranty, which begins on the day of physical takeover or delivery of the vehicle.

To ensure maximum safety and flawless operation of your scooter, the warranty is tied to performing two mandatory preventive services at our authorized service center:

• 1st mandatory service (within 3 months of purchase or 500 km driven): Includes a thorough inspection of all bolts, the braking system, and all moving parts.Estimated cost: 40 € with VAT (labor).
• 2nd mandatory service (within 12 months of purchase or 2000 km driven): Includes a detailed inspection of electronics and connectors, suspension check, cleaning of the scooter interior, and control of brakes and bolts.Estimated cost: 100 € with VAT (labor).

Why are the services mandatory? Electric scooters of these power levels are exposed to high loads. Regular inspections are not only a condition for the warranty but a key preventive measure that ensures your means of transport is always safe and technically flawless.

Note: Service cost includes labor; any replacement of consumable materials is charged separately.

As the official representative, EKO DRIVE d.o.o. provides comprehensive service and original spare parts at the address Tržaška cesta 222, Ljubljana. Their service team is already trained for the new technologies brought by the 2026 collection.

Yes, you can cancel the pre-order at any time until the moment the scooter is shipped from our warehouse. In case of cancellation, we refund the full purchase price or deposit in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

Yes, the pre-order price includes VAT and free delivery to your address in Slovenia. There are no additional or hidden costs upon receiving the scooter (unless you opt for custom additional equipment).
