With its low-step aluminum frame (so-called "Dutch-style"), it makes mounting and dismounting extremely easy, which is ideal for city rides with frequent stops. It is suitable for a wide range of rider heights, from 160 cm to 210 cm, meaning it can easily be shared by multiple family members.

Forget about dirty, greasy chains and loud mechanical noises. The ADO Air 28 uses an advanced carbon belt (Carbon Belt Drive), which offers the strength of steel while operating completely quietly and smoothly. The biggest advantage? The belt runs maintenance-free and without the need for lubrication for 20,000 to 30,000 kilometers. Your clothes will stay clean, and your ride will be extremely pleasant and silent.

The bike is powered by a quiet and reliable brushless rear hub motor with a rated power of 250 W and 42 Nm of torque. In combination with an advanced torque sensor (Torque Sensor), the system instantly detects the force of your pedaling and immediately adjusts the electric assistance accordingly. This translates into an exceptionally natural riding sensation without jerky starts, ensuring full control at every intersection.

Battery icon Portable seatpost battery with a range of up to 100 km

The elegantly designed battery with a capacity of 36V 9.6 Ah is integrated directly into the seatpost. This innovative solution combines aesthetics and functionality, as you can easily remove the seat with the battery from the bike and charge it anywhere (at home, in the office, or at a café). With a single charge taking between 4 and 6 hours, you can achieve a range of up to 100 km in assist mode.

An adjustable front suspension with a lockout option (Lockout Suspension Fork) ensures a safe and stable ride over city obstacles, cobblestones, or uneven paths. For safe and reliable stopping in all weather conditions, premium hydraulic disc brakes provide high braking power with minimal finger effort.

The exceptionally bright and clear 3.5-inch IPS color display offers an excellent overview of speed, battery status, and assistance level, even in bright sunlight. The bike supports connectivity with the ADO smart app, which allows you to track ride statistics in real time, project navigation directions directly onto the bike's screen, and quickly find help through the built-in support center. The bike also features a dedicated slot for installing AirTag or SmartTag trackers for additional theft protection.

Nothing ruins a trip faster than a flat tire. That is why the ADO Air 28 is equipped with robust 28 x 1.8-inch tires made from a special composite of Kevlar and rubber. This protective layer significantly increases puncture resistance against sharp stones, glass, or thorns, while offering excellent grip on wet and dry road surfaces.

City riding requires maximum visibility. The bike is equipped with an integrated front headlight with a light sensor (E-Mark IPX5) that turns on automatically as dusk begins to fall. The electric rear light ensures you are always visible from behind. Additional comfort is provided by lightweight aluminum mudguards that protect you from water spray, and an ergonomic handlebar for a relaxed riding posture.
