Before ordering

Check the outer diameter, thickness, number and arrangement of mounting holes, and disc offset. The same diameter does not guarantee compatibility, as the hub, caliper, or spacers may vary between model years and versions of the same model.

Installation and break-in

Installation should be performed by a qualified service technician. The mounting screws should be tightened evenly according to the manufacturer's instructions, and the caliper should be accurately centered after installation. Also, check the condition of the pads; heavily worn or contaminated pads can damage a new disc. Perform the first few braking gradually so that the braking surfaces bed in correctly.
