ULIP sintered brake pads are prepared as a model-oriented replacement part for Haibike Adventr 10 when the bike is equipped with the Shimano BR-MT420 brake caliper. The sintered metal compound is designed for stable braking, good thermal resistance, and longer lifespan in city, trekking, and off-road use.

The bike model alone is not sufficient proof. Before ordering, read the Shimano BR-MT420 marking on the caliper and compare the shape of the original pads with the D01S/D02S/D03S family. This listing is valid only when both matches occur.

Installation and Bedding-in

Clean the caliper and brake rotor, carefully push the pistons back, insert both pads with the included spring, and secure the assembly with the appropriate pin. After installation, check the free rotation of the rotor and gradually bed-in the new pads with several successive moderate brakings.
