Of course! You are invited to our showroom at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, where you can personally test selected products. We are open from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 and on Saturdays between 10:00 and 16:00. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.

To ensure the availability of the product you would like to test, please call us in advance. This way we can confirm if the product is available and prepare everything for your visit.

No – a high-pressure cleaner can damage electrical components, so use only a damp cloth.

European Union (EU)

We currently offer delivery within Slovenia and to all member states of the European Union (EU), with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, Aland Islands, Greek Islands, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Sicily and Sardinia.

Please note that delivery to Croatian islands is possible only for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International delivery (outside EU)

We also enable international delivery to selected countries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and others.

If you wish to order from any of these countries, please contact us in advance so we can prepare the most accurate and affordable delivery calculation.

Order processing time:

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) after receiving the order confirmation email.

Standard delivery times:

• Within Slovenia: delivery usually takes 1–7 business days after processing and dispatch.
  
• Within EU (outside Slovenia): delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after processing and dispatch.
  
• Outside EU: delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after processing and dispatch.
  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control – such as holidays, increased order volume or unforeseen logistical issues.

For deliveries within the European Union (EU), shipping costs vary depending on the country of shipment, recipient country and package weight. Relevant shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before you finally place your order.

For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually upon request and are not displayed during checkout. If you wish to receive a quote for delivery to a country outside the EU, please contact us via e-mail.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. To do this, send us an e-mail with a clear written notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Return of shipment

In case of returning a defective or damaged product upon receipt, the return within 14 days is free of charge for the buyer.

In case of returning an undamaged or flawless product, the return costs are covered by the buyer.

Upon return, we will deduct from the refund amount either:

(a) actual carrier costs valid at the start of the return, or

(b) the corresponding amount from the return costs table (whichever is lower).

Product condition

You can inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any use exceeding this may result in a reduction of the refund value.

Refunds

We will refund all eligible payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
