The biggest advantage of the ComfyGo Z-4 scooter is its patented Quick-Detach Frame system, which allows you to disassemble or assemble the vehicle in less than 30 seconds without any tools. The scooter splits into 6 extremely manageable pieces, which drastically simplifies lifting and transport.

Many standard mobility scooters weigh over 30 kg in one piece, making self-loading into a vehicle impossible. With the ComfyGo Z-4, however, the heaviest single piece (the main frame) weighs only 13.6 kg (30 lbs)! The other parts are even lighter: the rear frame weighs 11.8 kg, the tiller/handlebar stem 3.85 kg, the battery 3.63 kg, the seat 7.7 kg, and the basket only 1.13 kg.

The ComfyGo Z-4 offers flexibility based on your range and travel needs. You can choose between two advanced lithium-ion batteries (24 V):

  • 12 Ah Li-ion battery: Provides a range of up to 20 km on a single charge and complies with strict FDA, Airline & Cruise Approved standards for safe carriage on planes and cruise ships.
  • 30 Ah Li-ion battery: Offers an extended range of up to 45 km for all-day exploring trips (not airline approved).

The battery pack is designed for ultimate ease of use – you can charge it directly on the scooter, or remove the battery with a single movement and charge it separately in your home using a standard electrical outlet (AC 110–220V).

Motor icon Powerful 250 W motor and advanced electromagnetic brake

Smooth and responsive movement is ensured by the quiet 250 W DC 24V bridge motor, which allows for driving speeds from 1 to 8 km/h. Despite its compact size, the scooter easily tackles hills and ramps with an incline of up to 10° (or 12°).

Maximum safety is guaranteed by the intelligent electromagnetic braking system. As soon as the user releases the throttle lever, the scooter stops automatically and smoothly – even on a steep hill or ramp. Extra safety is provided by the front protective bumper, rear anti-roll wheels, and weather resistance with an IPX3 protection rating.

Every body is different, which is why the ComfyGo Z-4 offers outstanding ergonomic flexibility. You can choose between two comfortable seat versions:

  • Standard Seat: Affordable, comfortably padded seat.
  • Super Seat: Extra-thick padding for ultimate comfort even on longer rides.

Both seats feature a 360-degree swivel seat function, which drastically simplifies getting on and off the scooter. The seat allows for height adjustment from the ground (445–483 mm / 460 mm), has a foldable backrest, and flip-up armrests with adjustable width to suit your needs.

Operating the Z-4 scooter is incredibly simple and requires no prior knowledge or physical strength. The intuitive control panel on the handlebars allows for reliable driving with either the left or right hand. It features an ignition key, a horn button, a dial for precise maximum speed adjustment, and a clear LED battery status indicator.

For safe riding at dusk or during the night, the scooter is equipped with a dual front LED headlight (upper and lower lights for excellent path illumination) and a rear LED brake light that alerts other road users whenever you slow down.

You can choose between two tire types: Solid-Tire (solid, puncture-proof, non-marking tires) or Air-Tire (larger pneumatic tires for maximum shock absorption). Positioned at the front is a practical indestructible basket that can support the full weight of an adult, making it ideal for safely carrying personal items or shopping.
