Engine Performance

The Sedna 12 features a centrally mounted 100W motor with a maximum power of approximately 120W. It delivers a torque of 9.5 Nm and drives the rear wheel via a protected chain. Equipped with two speed modes, it allows young riders to progress from a learning mode at 7.5 km/h to an advanced mode at 15 km/h. The maximum incline angle it can handle is 15°.

Battery Endurance

Powering the fun is a 24V 2.6Ah Lithium-ion battery. This lightweight pack offers up to 1 hour 15 minutes of ride time at lower speeds, translating to roughly 10 km range. Recharging is quick, taking only 2.5 hours to get back on the track.

Can I test a product before making a purchase?

Yes, absolutely! You're welcome to visit our showroom at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, where you can test selected products in person. We’re open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. Please note that we’re closed on Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure the product you'd like to test is available, we kindly ask that you call us in advance. This way, we can confirm availability and prepare everything for your visit.

We currently offer shipping within Slovenia and to all European Union (EU) member countries, with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek Islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that shipping to Croatian islands is only available for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International Shipping (Non-EU)

International shipping is also available to select non-EU countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others.

What is your delivery time?

What is the shipping cost?

What's the return policy?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do so, send us an Email with a clear written notice.

Return Shipping

The customer bears the direct cost of return. We will deduct either (a) the actual carrier cost applicable at the time you initiate the return, or (b) the applicable amount from the return cost table (whichever is lower).

Condition of Goods
You may inspect the product as in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund to reflect diminished value.

Refunds
We will refund all eligible payments, including standard delivery fees, within 14 days of receiving the return product, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
