KuKirin G2 Ultra 2026 Hydraulic Performance Edition is designed for demanding riders who want a powerful dual-motor drivetrain, stable suspension and a modern interface, with more from their brakes and configuration than a standard production model offers.

At EVOLT, we upgrade the factory mechanical brakes with front and rear NUTT hydraulic disc brakes. You can also choose your brake pads and one of three tyre types when ordering. Your G2 Ultra is prepared for your actual riding needs, with local service support and expert advice.

Two motors delivering 1600 W in total

The G2 Ultra is powered by two brushless motors, each rated at 800 W. Their combined output of 1600 W delivers a strong response, confident acceleration and improved traction on asphalt, gravel and grassy tracks.

Permanent dual-motor drive enables the scooter to climb gradients of up to 26°. The rider can choose between three speed modes and Turbo mode, while top speed is restricted for compliance with traffic regulations and is limited to 25 km/h.

48 V 18 Ah battery for up to 55 kilometres

Power comes from a high-capacity lithium-ion battery with a voltage of 48 V and a capacity of 18 Ah. A reinforced housing protects the battery pack against normal mechanical stresses when riding over uneven surfaces.

The stated range is up to 55 kilometres on one charge, with a charging time of approximately 9 to 10 hours. Actual range depends on rider weight, speed, gradients, temperature, tyre pressure and type, and the frequency of acceleration and braking.

Dual suspension for stability across varied terrain

Front and rear swingarm suspension effectively absorbs impacts and helps the wheels maintain contact with damaged asphalt, gravel and other uneven surfaces. The chassis provides 160 mm of ground clearance, making it suitable for larger bumps and smaller obstacles.

The spacious deck measures 460 × 187 mm, while an additional rear footrest supports a sportier riding position. The frame, made from steel and aluminium alloy , supports loads of up to 120 kg, and the scooter weighs 30.4 kg.

NUTT hydraulic brakes for dual-motor drive

Two motors and permanent dual drive require brakes that give the rider a reliable, repeatable response. On the EVOLT edition, we therefore replace the factory mechanical brakes with front and rear NUTT hydraulic disc brakes, matching hydraulic levers and brake hoses.

The hydraulic system requires less pressure on the levers and allows more precise braking modulation. Both disc brakes are complemented by an electronic brake (E-brake), giving the rider greater speed control in city traffic, on poor surfaces and during long descents.

Seven-light system for improved visibility

The comprehensive system of seven lights includes a headlight with high and low beams, four turn indicators, a rear position light and a brake light. The adjustable front beam lets the rider adapt illumination to the surroundings and conditions.

Front and rear indicators clearly signal changes of direction, while the brake light alerts other road users when slowing down. The light, indicator and horn buttons are positioned ergonomically on the handlebar for quick access while riding.

Your choice of 10-inch tyres

The G2 Ultra uses large 10-inch pneumatic tubeless tyres, providing stable contact with the ground and eliminating inner-tube punctures because there is no inner tube. Their volume helps absorb smaller bumps and complements the dual suspension.

With the EVOLT Performance Edition, you can choose road, hybrid or off-road tyres. The scooter is therefore not restricted to one factory configuration: tailor it to asphalt, mixed use or more frequent journeys on gravel and other unpaved surfaces.

294 mm touchscreen and Bluetooth

The G2 Ultra features a large, handlebar-integrated touchscreen measuring 294 × 42 mm. Key riding data is clearly displayed in one place, where you can switch modes, manage settings and use cruise control.

Using Bluetooth you can connect your phone to the built-in speaker to play music or spoken navigation instructions. When the scooter is not in use, the quick-folding system reduces it to 1258 × 650 × 545 mm, compared with unfolded dimensions of 1258 × 650 × 1258 mm.

Hydraulic or mechanical brakes—what is the difference?

Mechanical disc brakes transfer force from the lever to the caliper through a steel cable. The system is simple, but the cable stretches over time, needs more frequent adjustment and generally requires more finger force under heavier braking. Hydraulic brakes transfer force through brake fluid in a closed system, giving a response that is more direct, smoother and easier to modulate precisely.

On a scooter with two motors, a weight of 30.4 kg and an off-road-oriented chassis, good feedback from the brake levers is particularly important. NUTT hydraulic brakes on both wheels deliver a consistent response, reduce hand fatigue and allow more controlled braking on asphalt, gravel and long descents.

Metallic or sintered brake pads?

When ordering, you can select brake pads to suit rider weight, terrain and intended use:

Metallic or semi-metallic pads offer balanced initial bite, predictable braking and generally quieter operation. They are particularly suitable for everyday city riding and riders who prioritise a comfortable, consistent response.
Sintered pads are made from metal particles compressed at high temperatures. They tolerate heat, water, mud and sustained loads better, making them more suitable for demanding users, frequent descents and off-road riding. They may be slightly noisier and cause greater brake-disc wear, but provide more consistent performance in difficult conditions.

Road, hybrid or off-road tyres?

Tyre tread significantly affects grip, noise, responsiveness, rolling resistance and actual range. The EVOLT Performance Edition therefore offers a choice of tyre types:

Hybrid tyres combine smoother riding on asphalt with enough tread for gravel and rougher tracks. They are the most versatile choice for mixed use.
Road tyres have a smoother tread, generally producing less noise and rolling resistance and a more direct connection with asphalt. They are intended primarily for city and road riding.
Off-road tyres have more pronounced tread blocks for greater grip on gravel, dirt and softer surfaces. They are noisier on asphalt and produce more rolling resistance, but perform best away from paved roads.

Option to extend the warranty to two years

The scooter includes a one-year commercial warranty. At the time of purchase, you can buy an additional year for a total of two years of commercial warranty. The extended warranty requires two service inspections at EVOLT to be completed on time:

First mandatory service: after 3 months or 1000 km, whichever comes first. The inspection is free if no additional labour or materials are required.
Second mandatory service: after 3000 km or one year from purchase, whichever comes first. The inspection is free if no additional labour or materials are required.

If either mandatory service is not completed on time, the extended commercial warranty ceases to apply. The inspections provide timely checks of hydraulic brakes, tyres, fasteners, suspension and other heavily loaded components, helping keep the G2 Ultra correctly adjusted and safe to use.

What does KuKirin × EVOLT Performance Edition mean?

You are buying an upgraded scooter rather than an ordinary factory model. It features more capable NUTT hydraulic brakes, and you can also select brake pads and tyres where offered for your chosen model. EVOLT carries out the conversion and preparation, giving you a configuration suited to your riding.

How does the two-year warranty option work?

The scooter comes with a one-year commercial warranty. At the time of purchase, you can buy an additional year for a total of two years of commercial warranty. The extended warranty requires two mandatory service inspections:

First service after 3 months or 1,000 km, whichever comes first. The first service is free if no additional work is required.
Second service after 3,000 km or one year from purchase, whichever comes first. The second service is free if no additional work is required.

What does the commercial warranty cover, and what is excluded?

The commercial warranty covers proven factory defects in materials, workmanship or operation that occur during proper use of the scooter.

It does not cover normal wear or consumables such as tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, brake discs, bearings and other parts that wear with use. It also excludes damage caused by:

falls, collisions, accidents or overloading;
water ingress or pressure washing;
improper use, maintenance or storage;
unauthorised interventions or modifications;
use of an unsuitable charger;
incorrect charging or deep battery discharge;
continued use after a fault occurs, resulting in further damage.

Each warranty claim is assessed individually. The commercial warranty terms do not limit the consumer's statutory rights concerning goods that do not conform to the contract.

Do unauthorised work or incorrect battery charging affect the warranty?

Unauthorised opening, modification or repair of the scooter voids the commercial warranty, particularly where the intervention is connected to the fault. This includes work on:

the battery;
the controller;
the motor;
wiring and connectors;
the display and other electronic components.

The battery warranty does not apply to deep discharge or excessively low voltage caused by incorrect charging or storage. The battery must be charged regularly even when the scooter is not used for an extended period.

Storing an empty battery for a long time can cause voltage to fall below the safe limit and permanently damage the cells. Battery damage caused by an unsuitable charger, moisture, impact, extreme temperatures or other improper handling is also excluded.

Are both service inspections mandatory for the two-year commercial warranty?

Yes. Both service inspections are mandatory conditions of the two-year commercial warranty:

First service after 3 months or 1,000 km, whichever comes first;
Second service after 3,000 km or one year from purchase, whichever comes first.

If either service is not completed on time, the extended commercial warranty ceases to apply. Both services must be properly recorded, so the customer must keep the service documentation.

Only the prescribed inspection is free. Any additional work, repairs, spare parts and consumables are charged separately.

Does every scooter purchase include a two-year commercial warranty?

No. The two-year commercial warranty applies only if it was selected and purchased together with the scooter. The additional warranty year must be listed on the invoice or other purchase documentation.

If the scooter was purchased with only the standard one-year commercial warranty, completing the service inspections does not, by itself, extend it to two years.

The extended two-year commercial warranty cannot be claimed retrospectively after purchase if it was not included at the time.

Does the warranty cover tyres, brakes and other wear parts?

No. The commercial warranty does not cover normal wear or consumables. Consumable and wear parts include:

tyres, inner tubes and solid tyres;
brake pads, brake discs and brake linings;
bearings, seals and bushings;
grips, mudguards and stands;
screws and other parts that wear through use;
other parts whose lifespan depends on the type and intensity of use.

Worn brakes, worn or punctured tyres and similar wear are not warranty defects. If an actual factory defect is proven in a wear part, the case is assessed individually.

Why choose an upgraded scooter instead of a standard factory KuKirin?

Factory models generally come in one universal configuration. The KuKirin × EVOLT edition primarily upgrades the components that most affect safety, control and the riding experience.

Hydraulic brakes allow more precise, consistent braking, while the selected tyres provide grip suited to the surfaces you ride most often.

Along with the upgraded equipment, you receive local service support and the option of a two-year commercial warranty in total.

What are the advantages of NUTT hydraulic brakes?

NUTT hydraulic brakes require less force at the brake lever and give better control over braking power. Unlike mechanical brakes, they do not use a conventional steel cable that can stretch or require frequent adjustment. This makes them particularly suitable for more powerful, heavier electric scooters, especially at higher speeds, on long descents and during frequent braking.
