In the eVolt service network, we tested many tire manufacturers and selected only those that perform best on Xiaomi electric scooters, using the highest quality rubber materials.

Preventing Flat Tires

The most common cause of "flat tires" is riding with incorrect pressure in the inner tubes. Most electric scooters require at least 3.5 bar, which should be checked regularly with a pressure gauge—ideally once a week.

Riding with improper inner-tube pressure can lead to:

  • Damage and punctures to the inner tube
  • Wear on the tire from both inside and outside
  • Poor grip and increased risk of slipping
  • Longer braking distances
  • Poor handling characteristics

Service Information

The tire should be replaced as soon as you notice signs of poor handling, reduced grip, shaking, or visible wear. Replacement is recommended every 1 000 – 2 000 km under normal use.

Visible Signs of Tire Wear Requiring Replacement

Outer side: Flat tread, burn marks, or holes. Regular riding causes normal wear; stunts or aggressive braking accelerate it.
Inner side: Wire structure detachment, often due to riding with improper tire pressure.

Unprofessional replacement of inner tubes or tires can cause:

  • Motor cable damage
  • Motor frame damage
  • Sharp cuts on the rim
  • Damage to both the tire and a new inner tube

If you have a "flat tire" or a worn tire on your electric scooter, it is necessary to check the condition of both the inner tube and the tire during replacement, as incorrect pressure often damages both. In a scooter with a damaged tire, a new inner tube will have a very limited lifespan.

Can I test a product before making a purchase?

Yes, absolutely! You're welcome to visit our showroom at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, where you can test selected products in person. We’re open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. Please note that we’re closed on Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure the product you'd like to test is available, we kindly ask that you call us in advance. This way, we can confirm availability and prepare everything for your visit.

Where do you ship to?

European Union (EU)

We currently offer shipping within Slovenia and to all European Union (EU) member countries, with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek Islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that shipping to Croatian islands is only available for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International Shipping (Non-EU)

International shipping is also available to select non-EU countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others.

If you wish to place an order from one of these countries, please contact us in advance so we can provide you with the most accurate and cost-effective shipping quote.

What is your delivery time?

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Standard Shipping Times:

  • Delivery within Slovenia generally takes 2-7 business days after processing and dispatch.
  • Delivery outside Slovenia but within the EU generally takes 5-10 business days after processing and dispatch.
  • Delivery outside the EU generally takes 7-14 business days after processing and dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen logistical issues. We will notify you promptly via email if there are significant delays.

What is the shipping cost?

  • For deliveries within the European Union (EU), shipping costs vary depending on the country of origin, destination, and package weight. The applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout, prior to completing your order.
  • For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually upon request and are not displayed at checkout. To receive a shipping quote for non-EU countries, please contact us via email.

What's the return policy?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do so, send us an Email with a clear written notice.

Return Shipping

The customer bears the direct cost of return. We will deduct either (a) the actual carrier cost applicable at the time you initiate the return, or (b) the applicable amount from the return cost table (whichever is lower).

Condition of Goods
You may inspect the product as in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund to reflect diminished value.

Refunds
We will refund all eligible payments, including standard delivery fees, within 14 days of receiving the return product, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
