Choosing a quality, suitable tire is crucial for safe riding and getting the most out of your e-scooter. Pro Solid Tires are available in two colors—blue and red—and feature an innovative cushioning design without open holes that collect dirt. Their specialized tread pattern ensures better grip and long-lasting durability.

A solid tire eliminates the need for inner tubes, but the ride will be firmer, less comfortable, and may have slightly less grip on wet surfaces.

At the eVolt service network, we tested many tire brands and selected only those that perform best on Xiaomi electric scooters, using the highest-quality rubber material. The package contains one tire.

Preventing Flat Tires

The most common cause of flat tires is riding with incorrect pressure in the inner tubes. Most electric scooters require at least 3.5 bar, which should be checked regularly with a pressure gauge—ideally once a week.

Riding with improper pressure can lead to:

• Damage and punctures to the inner tube
• Wear on the tire from both inside and outside
• Poor grip and increased risk of slipping
• Longer braking distances
• Poor handling characteristics

Because inner-tube valves on e-scooters can be hard to reach, our range includes a valve extender to simplify inflation. For the easiest inflation, we recommend the Xiaomi portable battery air pump.

Solid Tire Advantages and Disadvantages

Solid tires completely avoid flat-tire issues but introduce some drawbacks:

• Less comfortable ride and reduced shock absorption
• Lower grip compared to pneumatic tires
• Increased vibrations, which can stress electronic components
• Higher risk of slipping—especially in cold or wet conditions, since the rubber does not warm up as well

Service Information

Replace the tire as soon as you notice poor handling, reduced grip, shaking, or visible wear. Under normal use, replacement is recommended every 1 000 – 2 000 km.

Unprofessional installation of inner tubes or tires can cause:

• Motor cable damage
• Motor frame damage
• Sharp cuts on the rim
• Damage to both the tire and a new inner tube

For proper, professional tire replacement, contact the nearest service center in our network. Always inspect both the inner tube and the tire during replacement, as incorrect pressure often damages both. A damaged tire will greatly shorten the lifespan of a new inner tube.
