This right rear NUTT hydraulic caliper with a 2050 mm hose is a replacement assembly for ZERO 10X scooters equipped with matching NUTT hydraulic brakes. The black caliper has two pistons, a metal mounting adapter and a hose connected to the caliper. No brake lever or rotor is included.

Compatibility

For ZERO 10X versions with the matching right rear NUTT hydraulic assembly, including appropriately equipped Limited versions. The same scooter model has also been offered with mechanical or other brakes. This caliper alone is not a complete conversion kit: it requires a compatible NUTT hydraulic lever. Before ordering, compare the caliper side, adapter, rotor position and diameter, hose fitting and the route of the 2050 mm hose. Use the supplied adapter only if it matches the existing rotor and mount.

When to replace and how to install

Replace the caliper if it is mechanically damaged, has a confirmed leak or has a fault that cannot be repaired by servicing. Worn pads alone do not require a new caliper. Have a qualified technician install it, shorten the hose with suitable fittings if necessary, fill and bleed the system. After installation, check that the rotor runs freely, the lever feels firm and there are no leaks; test the brake at low speed.
