NUTT Y5 four-piston kit for KuKirin G4 Max

This front and rear brake kit for KuKirin G4 Max contains left and right NUTT Y5 levers, two four-piston calipers with hoses and fittings. The black calipers with white logos have transport spacers fitted. The levers have signal cables for motor cutoff during braking.

Kit configuration

• Left lever for the front brake and right lever for the rear brake.
• Nominal hose lengths: 1350 mm front and 2200 mm rear. The dimension photos indicate approximate lengths of 139 cm and 223.5 cm.
• Caliper mounting hole spacing: 52 mm.
• Front caliper: approximately 89 × 60.5 × 38.7 mm; rear: approximately 89 × 61 × 38 mm.
• Supplier bracket designation: F160/R140.
• Brake discs are not included.

Fitment on KuKirin G4 Max

The supplier explicitly lists this SKU for KuKirin G4 Max. Before fitting, compare the existing calipers, brackets, disc diameter and thickness, and brake cutoff connectors. F160/R140 describes the supplied bracket configuration; it does not mean every G4 Max uses those disc diameters. Other configurations require suitable brackets.

Installation

Route the hoses correctly and connect them to the levers, then bleed the system according to NUTT instructions. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician who checks free disc rotation, sealing and motor cutoff operation. Bed in the pads correctly before riding.
