NUTT four-piston rear hydraulic brake caliper for KuKirin G4 Max

The NUTT four-piston right rear hydraulic caliper for KuKirin G4 Max comes with a long hydraulic hose and a metal adapter. Four pistons press the pads against both sides of the rotor. This is a replacement caliper-and-hose assembly for the matching NUTT system; no brake lever or rotor is included.

  • Hose length marked in the image: 223.5 cm / 2235 mm.
  • Approximate caliper dimensions: 89 × 61 × 38 mm.
  • Lower adapter mounting-hole spacing shown: 52 mm.
  • Supplied adapter markings: F 160 mm / R 140 mm; suitability depends on position and the actual rotor.
  • Approximate net weight shown: 216.3 g.
  • Yellow insert between the pads: transport spacer; remove before fitting the caliper over the rotor.
  • Model: KuKirin G4 Max.

Compatibility

For the NUTT four-piston rear brake assembly on KuKirin G4 Max. Before ordering, compare the existing caliper, hydraulic lever, hose fitting and hose routing. The mounting adapter must match the actual rear rotor diameter and mount: the supplied R 140 mm marking does not confirm suitability for every rotor. Use the correct existing or dedicated adapter if needed. The G4 Max name does not establish compatibility with the standard G4 or other KuKirin models.

When to replace and how to install

Remove the transport spacer only when installing the caliper over the rotor. Do not squeeze the lever without a rotor or suitable spacer between the pads. A technician should connect the hose with suitable fittings, fill and bleed the system according to NUTT instructions and align the caliper. Before riding, check for leaks, a firm lever, free wheel rotation and correct brake operation at low speed.
