This separate product version is designed for the KuKirin G2 Max model. Please check the 6-pin green connector and the handlebar diameter of 22.5 mm.

Combined thumb throttle unit and ignition key lock for KuKirin electric scooters. It allows precise acceleration control and secure power on/off with a key, all in one compact housing on the handlebars.

Compatibility

The unit is factory designed for the following models:

  • KuKirin G2 Pro
  • KuKirin G2 Max
  • KuKirin G2 Pro DB

Before ordering and installing, please check the shape and number of pins on the connector (6-pin round green connector) and the handlebar diameter (standard clamping diameter 22.5 mm).

Installation Instructions and Safety Guidelines

  • Always completely turn off the electric scooter and disconnect the power before starting any work.
  • Install the unit on a handlebar tube with a diameter of 22.2–22.5 mm and evenly tighten the clamp screw without excessive force.
  • Carefully align the pins in the 6-pin waterproof connector and push it all the way in.
  • Before riding, check that the throttle lever returns smoothly to its starting position and that the lock functions correctly.
