Compatibility with KuKirin G2 Pro DB Model

This separate product version is designed for the KuKirin G2 Pro DB model. Please check the 6-pin green connector and the handlebar diameter of 22.5 mm.

A combined thumb throttle and ignition lock unit for KuKirin electric scooters. It allows precise acceleration control and safe power on/off with a key, all in one compact housing on the handlebars.

Compatibility

The unit is factory-designed for the following models:

  • KuKirin G2 Pro
  • KuKirin G2 Max
  • KuKirin G2 Pro DB

Before ordering and installation, please check the shape and number of pins on the connector (6-pin round green connector) and the handlebar diameter (standard clamping diameter 22.5 mm).

Installation Instructions and Safety Tips

  • Always completely turn off the electric scooter and disconnect the power before starting any work.
  • Install the unit on a handlebar tube with a diameter of 22.2–22.5 mm and evenly tighten the clamp screw without excessive force.
  • Carefully align the pins in the 6-pin waterproof connector and push it all the way in.
  • Before riding, check that the throttle lever returns smoothly to its initial position and that the lock functions correctly.
