NUTT Y5 hydraulic brake kit for Kaabo Wolf King GT

This front and rear brake kit for Kaabo Wolf King GT contains left and right NUTT Y5 levers, two black calipers and hydraulic hoses of different lengths. The lever signal cables provide motor cutoff during braking.

Contents and dimensions

• Front hose: 1300 mm; rear hose: 2100 mm, according to the supplier.
• Two NUTT Y5 levers, approximately 180 mm long, with a clamp diameter of approximately 22.5 mm.
• Lever signal cables: approximately 384 mm, with red-marked connectors.
• The pictured caliper measures approximately 88.6 × 61.5 × 44 mm; mounting spacing is approximately 52 mm.
• The hose fittings and screws shown in the photos are included.
• Brake discs are not included.

Fitment and fitting

When fitting to Kaabo Wolf King GT, compare the mounting side of both calipers, brackets, existing disc diameters and thicknesses, and signal connectors. Hoses must route without tension at full steering lock and through suspension movement. A brake conversion may require suitable adapters; matching bolt spacing alone does not guarantee correct pad positioning on the disc.

Installation and use

Have a qualified technician install, connect and bleed the brakes. Before use, check sealing, free rotation of both wheels and motor cutoff operation, and bed in the pads correctly.
