When to replace and how to install

Replace the tire if the tread is worn or there are cracks, bulges or damage to the sealing bead. Release all air before removal; clean the rim and check the valve. Fit the new tire without damaging the bead, then check that it is seated evenly, holds air and allows free wheel rotation.
