160 mm brake rotor with 6 bolts – 1.82 mm thickness

This perforated brake rotor has six curved supporting arms and six mounting holes. It is supplied with six bolts with a blue coating on their threads. It is intended for a six-bolt wheel hub and a brake assembly for a 160 mm rotor.

Features and dimensions

  • Material: One-piece stainless steel brake rotor.
  • Diameter: Nominal 160 mm; approximately 160.6 mm outer diameter as shown.
  • Approximate thickness: 1.82 mm, as shown.
  • Mounting holes: Six holes, approximately 5.2 mm in diameter.
  • Shown hole center spacing: 22 mm between adjacent holes; 44.4 mm between opposite holes.
  • Inner opening: Approximately 38 mm.
  • Included and markings: Six bolts included; rotation direction marked.

Fitment

Compare the mounting holes, inner opening, diameter and the rotor thickness permitted by the caliper. The shown spacing between opposite holes is 44.4 mm; this is not a 50 mm spacing version or a CENTER LOCK fitting. A 160 mm diameter alone does not establish compatibility with a particular vehicle model.

Installation and use

Follow the rotation arrow and the hub and brake instructions when fitting. Tighten the bolts gradually in the appropriate sequence. After installation, check free wheel rotation and rotor alignment in the caliper.
