ULIP sintered brake pads for Shimano BR-M8020 XT

Pair of sintered ULIP replacement pads with bronze-coloured backing plates, a wide D02S-family profile, rounded lower edge and short upper eye. These are ULIP replacement parts, not original Shimano products or a Shimano endorsement.

  • Approximate outline: 39.4 × 24.5 mm.
  • Overall thickness: approximately 4.1 mm; retaining hole 3.4 mm.
  • Shimano ZEE M640/D02S shape for a matching four-piston caliper.
  • Two pads, separator spring and retaining split pin.

Fitment and installation

For Shimano BR-M8020 XT, compare the caliper code, removed pad outline, mounting, separator spring and retaining system. These pads use the finless D02S-family shape; compare thickness and the rotor-permitted compound.

Use a caliper and rotor that permit sintered metal pads. Do not use with a rotor marked RESIN PAD ONLY. Install without reshaping or modifying the mounting, verify clearance and brake operation, and bed the pads in following the brake instructions.
